Work efficiently with RapiDo

RapiDo from Ruitenberg Ingredients is a yeast-free dough. It saves you a lot of proofing time. RapiDo can also be used in co-extrusion processes and on laminating lines. We have also created a version that can be used in steam ovens. Which uses much less energy than conventional baking.
