Dough

Efficient and versatile

Even with dough, you want to be able to work efficiently. This is why we created RapiDo. This dough is yeast-free, so you can skip your proofing step, saving a lot of time.

RapiDo can also be used for co-extrusion processes.
Instead of filling and folding by hand, the
