Our meat fillings combine the knowledge of both bakery and meat products. They create a strong meat sensation, no matter how much meat you add. A balanced matrix of functional components assures that the meat juices stay inside the filling. This keeps it juicy and creates a rich appearance.

All our minced meat fillings are based on vegetable proteins. Even with a vegetarian filling we are able to create a meat experience.
