Rudin® has a wide variety of fillings for the industrial production of mainly savoury, snacks and convenience products. We see current applications in puff pastry, Danish pastry, bread, phyllo dough, quiches and as meal component.
One of the most impressive aspects of our fillings is the attractive appearance. Even after freezing and/or baking the product, the filling keeps its volume and stays stable inside the pastry. All this technology is combined with the craft of culinary finesse. This resulted in a range of fillings with excellent flavour and texture.

• Flavoured base powder
Powder + water + garniture
This flavoured powder combines all functional advantages of Rudin®Fillings with an excellent taste and texture. By adding your own fresh garniture, you can give your filling its own unique character.
• All-in powder
Powder + water
A quick solution with a longer shelf-life is the all-in powder. Only water has to be added to this flavoured powder that includes dried garniture, for example vegetables or cheese.
• Ready-to-use
The liquid ready-to-use filling gives you the complete filling, quick and easy to use. As filling specialists we take care of the mixing. This happens by a special process in order to reach an outstanding quality. Without any extra handling it guarantees you a consistent filling based on fresh ingredients (limited distribution).
Clean Label
To reply to a common trend, many of our fillings are available in Clean Label version. This means they do not contain undesirable additives, allergens or other unwanted ingredients.
