Rudin®Glaze is a 100% egg replacer to give your products the familiar golden brown colour and shiny appearance. It reduces the risk on microbiological contamination caused by egg and excludes salmonella. Rudin®Glaze is used by industrial bakeries and producers of pastry.
Sold as a powder, it can easily be dissolved in water.
